Does my graphics kit have a warranty?

Since each order is designed and printed according to each customer's requests, we do not offer any guarantee / return unless there is an error on our part in the order or there is a defect in the print or on the material.

If this is the case, you must write to us at info@akzero8.com explaining the problem and attaching photos as proof along with your information. Be assured that we will contact you to correct our error.

It is therefore very important to provide us with the correct information when ordering and if you receive a design proof, to check it carefully before giving your approval for printing.

Can I replace a piece of my graphics kit if I have damaged it?

Yes, by writing to us at info@akzero8.com with the information of your snowmobile (model, year), the pieces of the kit to be replaced, a photo, the name and color of your graphic kit, your name, address and phone number.

A member of our team will then contact you.

Can I modify a graphics kit?

Yes, we find it important that our customers be able to transform their kit to their image.

You can change the color and / or add logos and / or your name to predetermined places according to a proof that indicates the places available to add logos.

The whole process is done when purchasing the kit.

Will I get a proof before I approve my order?

Yes. If you have requested any changes to the kit such as a color change or logo / sponsor additions.

A proof will be sent to you within 3 to 4 days of your order.

You will be responsible for verifying that everything is in accordance with your request before approving everything for printing.

You can make up to 2 changes without incurring additional fees. Note that no proof will be sent without a complete order with payment.

What is the delivery time after completing my order?

Since each kit is specially prepared for each of our customers, it should take around 7-10 business days, depending on the degree of activity we are experiencing when you order and whether or not we need to produce a proof for you.

Our goal is to work efficiently to send your kit to you as quickly as possible.

Can I return my graphics kit?

Unfortunately no. All of our graphics kits are custom made, so they cannot be returned except for an error on our part or a manufacturing defect. For more information, see our Warranty / Returns section in the General Conditions section.

Is it difficult to install a graphics kit yourself?

Not at all! You have to trust yourself and follow the steps. Our graphic kits are designed to adapt perfectly to your snowmobile, which greatly facilitates installation.

In addition, we use premium printing materials specially designed for graphic kits. These products have optimal adhesion and reposition themselves as needed during installation. We have prepared a very detailed installation guide for this purpose. In the end, you will be even more proud looking at your machine!
